Cross-border company migration is becoming safer
At the third reading, the Riigikogu adopted the act on the cross-border merger, division and conversion of companies registered in the European Union. If up until now only the cross-border merger of companies was possible, new possibilities are added in the form of cross-border division and conversion.  At the same time, control over cross-border company migration will become stricter and the conditions more specific.

Registration for the international congress ‘Child protection for the most vulnerable children and families’ is now open
Registration for the International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (ISPCAN) congress in Tallinn on 13–16 June 2022 is now open. The congress focuses on the mental health of children, sexual and other abuse, intimate partner violence, the protection of children in closed institutions, the protection of children whose parents are in prison or have addiction problems, cross-border co-operation, and the use of digital services.
